MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
July 1, 1971
An Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana was convened at 7:30 P.M., in the Mayor's Office, City Hall,
217 North Main Street, proper Notice and Posting having been
accomplished, with evidence on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Council. The following Councilmen were present: Wade Herrin,
Vernon S. Evans, J. Ogden Markel, Jerry M. Patterson, Ray
Villa, Harry K. Yamamoto and Mayor Lorin Griset. Also present
were City Manager Carl J. Thornton, City Attorney James A.
Withers, Assistant City Manager Bruce Spragg, Clerk of the Council
Florence I. Malone and a representative of the Press.

review of the proposed
Budget, commencing with page
ADJOURNMENT At 10:05 P.M., the meeting
was adjourned to Wednesday,
July 7, 1971, at 4:00 P.M.,
in the Mayor's Office, City Hall, 217 North Main Street, on the
unanimously approved motion of Councilman Villa, seconded by
Councilman Evans.
