Permission is hereby granted to the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a municipal corporation to enter upon
the land described as, DD 073891-01-01, DD 073897-01-01 & DD 073898-01-01, located in the City
of Santa Ana. The right of entry hereby given expires July 20, 2004.
The purpose of the Right of Entry is to permit the City Of Santa Ana, its agents, consultants or
contractors to enter the property for the purpose of conducting preliminary feasibility study and soil
sample test. The City or any or all its agents, consultants or contractors agree to make available to
CAL TRANS reports of study, test and all activities conducted pursuant to this agreement.
The City of Santa Ana, or any or all its agents, consultants or contractors agree to indemnify and hold
the State of California and its agents harmless from any claims or damages to the property related to
activities conducted pursuant to this agreement.
