RECITALS A. The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "Agreement to Provide Vehicle Modifications" dated July 1, 2004, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement ", for City providing vehicle emergency service modifications. B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Scope of Services of said Agreement in order to in order to provide continuous uninterrupted service under the Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: Section 1, of said Agreement, pertaining to Scope of Services of said Agreement is hereby amended to incorporate the new services as set forth in the modified Exhibit A incorporated into said Agreement, in order to provide necessary continuous uninterrupted service to the Agency. 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Install Federal Signal 180K siren system, complete with remote activation switch. 2. Install Federal Signal Dyna -max siren speaker and bracketing. 3. Install Sound Off flip -down visor mounted LED light module with solid red and flashing blue. 4. Install Wig -Wag headlight flasher. 5. All emergency lighting to activate from remote switch. Work to be completed at Santa Ana Corporation Yard /Fleet Services Division, 215 S. Center St. Santa Ana Ca. 92703 Pick -up and delivery of vehicles will be the responsibility of the Postal Service. hstallation schedule will be determined upon completion of vehicle list. Anticipated completion rate of one vehicle per day, pending needs of City.
