OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
March 19, 1975
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana was convened by Mayor Vernon S. Evans at 12:05 P.M.,
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center
Plaza. The Clerk of the Council reported that proper Notice
had been mailed and posted with affidavits on file. The
following Councilmen responded to roll call: J. Ogden
Markel, John Garthe, Harry K. Yamamoto, Gordon Bricken,
James E. Ward, Lorin Griset and Mayor Vernon S. Evans.
Also present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, City Attor-
ney James A. Withers and Clerk of the Council Florence I.
Malone.
EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Evans declared
a recess at 12:10
P.M., to Room 831
in the City Hall, for
an Executive Session to consider personnel matters. The
meeting was reconvened at 12:45 P.M., with all Councilmen
present.
ADJOURNMENT

Griset.
The meeting was
adjourned at 12:46

imously approved
