Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter into the minutes Notice Housing Authority Agenda Meetinq Date 10/15/01 Posted 10/10/01 Time 3:20 p.m. ** END OF CONSENT CALENDAR ** BUSINESS CALENDAR Matters listed on the Business Calendar are generally proposals for new legislation or items required discussion REAUTHORIZATION OF MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS FOR CORNERSTONE VILLAGE APARTMENTS Adopt a resolution authorizing the remarketing of multifamily housing revenue bonds in an aggregate amount not to exceed $7,500,000 for the Cornerstone Village Apartments, and authorize the Chair, Vice Chair or Executive DirecÍor of the Housing Authority or their designee to execute all documents as necessary. MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS - MINNIE STREET APARTMENTS Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of multifamily housing revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $3,500,000 for the Minnie Street Apartments, a California Non-Profit Corporation, and authorize the Chair, Executive Director of the Housing Authority or their designee to execute all documents as necessary. AGREEMENTS WITH CENTRAL WHOLESALE APPLIANCE SUPPLY, INC. AND HOWARD'S APPLIANCES, INC. FOR PURCHASE OF STOVES AND REFRIGERATORS 2 NOVEMBER 5, 2001 HOUSING AUTHORITY AGENDA . . . Motion: 4. 5. 1. Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive Director to execute, an agreement with Central Wholesale Appliance Supply, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $70,000. 2. Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive Director to execute, an agreement with Howard's Appliances, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $70,000.
