AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MILES INVESTIGATIONS, INC.
Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Executive Director to execute, an amendment to the agreement between
the Housing Authority and Miles Investigations, Inc. for an additional
$25,000 and to extend the term of the contract to June 30, 2004.
