CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Housing Authority and will be enacted by one motion
without discussion unless otherwise directed by the Chairperson.
Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters
should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary.
Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar

HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN AND FIVE-YEAR PLAN
Motion: 1. Approve and submit the Annual Plan to the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL CREDIT
REPORTING
Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute an amendment to the agreement between
the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana and National Credit
Reporting for an additional amount of $20, 000 for a total contract not to
-exceed $30,000.
