RESOLUTION 73-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING THE RE-
SIGNATION OF BRUCE C. SPRAGG AS SECRETARY
PRO TEM, AND APPOINTING MANUEL A.REDE AS
SECRETARY AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, the City Manager, Bruce C. Spragg, is now the
Secretary Pro Tem of the Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, Manuel A. Rede, Assistant to the City Manager--
Community Relations, has now been appointed to the position of
Secretary and Executive Director of the Housing Authority; and
,VHEREAS, the duties of the Secretary of the Authority more
appropriately fall within the realm of Mr. Rede's endeavors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of
the City of Santa Ana that Bruce C. Spragg is hereby relieved of
the duties of Secretary Pro Tem of the Housing Authority, and
Manuel A. Rede is appointed as Secretary and Executive Director
of said Authority.
