A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE LEASES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTS
ON BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY
Whereas, section 2 of Article II of the By-laws
of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana provides
the Chairman to sign all contracts, deeds or other instru-
ments made by the Authority unless otherwise authorized by
Resolution of the Authority; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUS ING AUTHORITY OF 'IHE
CITY OF SANTA ANA:
SECTION 1. That the Executive Director of the Santa
Ana Housing Authority is hereby authorized to execute leases
and rental agreements on behalf of the Authority as lessor
and lessee on any dwellings, houses, accommodations, lands,
buildings, structures, or facilities of the housing projects
of the Authority.

SECTION 2. All prior leases and/or rental agreements
executed by the Executive Director on behalf of the Authority
prior to the adoption of this Resolution are hereby ratified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1973,
by the following roll call vote:
