RESOLUTION NO. 77-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE CONTRACT FOR
THE SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT
BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY lUID!VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND SANTA ANA INTOWN APART-
MENTS, A LIMITED P ARTNERSHI-P, AND AUTHORIZ ING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing Autho-
rity of the City of Santa Ana:
1. The "Contract for the Sale of Land for Private Re-
development between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
and Santa Ana Intown Apartments," a copy of which is on file in
the office of the Clerk of the Council, is hereby approved.
2. The Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the abovementioned Agreement for Private Redevelopment
on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana.
ADOPTED this 29th day of March , 1977,

NOES: MEMBERS: None
