RESOLUTION NO. 77-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-3 AND RE-IJBSIGNATING THE TIME AND
PLACE OF REGULAa MEETINGS OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Article III of the by-laws c¡¡f the
Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana provides that regular
~ meetings may be held without. notice at such time and place as may
~ be determined by resolution of the Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority
of the City of Santa Ana:
Section 1: Resolution NQ. 73-3 of the Housing Authority
of the City of Santa Ana is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2: That until otherwise provided by resolution,
the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana shall hold regular
meetings at 5:00 P.M. on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, or
at such other places as the Authority may designate from time to
time.
