RESOLUTION NO. 86-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO.1 OF PART I OF T.HE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503(k)
WHEREAS, the Housing Author~ty of the City of Santa Ana
("Public Housing Agency") has pr4 viously entered into an Annual
Contributions Contract Part I for Moderate Rehabilitation Program
with the United States of America ("Government") and executed
Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K) ("said
contract"); and
WHEREAS, Public Housing Agency and Government now propose to
enter into Amendment No.1 to said contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The proposed amendment, designated "Amendment No.1 to
Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K)", is
hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance, and
the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Amendment in three counterparts on behalf of the Housing
Authority of the City of Santa Ana, and to forward such executed
counterparts to the Government together with such other documents
evidencing the approval, and authorizing the execution thereof as
may be required by the Government.
2.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.

THIS AMENDATORY AGREEMENT entered into on :' '. by and
between the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF N A A . a public
housing agency as defined in 24 CFR Part 882, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development ("Government");
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties entered into Part I of the Annual Contributions Con-
tract No. SF-503(K) ("Contract") on September 11, 1980 ; and
WHEREAS, the parties now desire to amend said Part I of the Contract in
the particulars set forth below:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual obligations and responsibil-
ities contaìned in the Contract and as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
to amend the Contract as follows:

1. The distribution of units by bedroom size and the amount of
contract and budget authority for Project No. CA16-K093-001
as reflected in Exhibit I of Part I is amended as follows:

voted in the proper manner for adoption of said Resolution;
that all other requireaents and proceedings under the law
incident to the proper adoption or passage of the
Resolution, including publication, if required, have been
