RESOLUTION 87-7
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I
AND NEW PART II OF THE SBCTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER
PROGRAM ANNUAL CON'l'RIBtJTION CONTRACT NUMBER
SF-503(V) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION TO THE
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16-V093-007
WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana
is authorized to administer the "Housinq Assistance proqram for
section 8 Housinq Voucher Proqram" for the United States
Department of Housinq and Urban Development (IIHUDh); and
WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana
entered into a section 8 Annual contributions Contract
on June 30, 1975 as amended, with the United States of"
("Government"); and
("PHA")
("ACC")
America
WHEREAS, the section 8 ACC must be revised so that it
will consist of the followinq counterparts:
a.
Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520D (6/85),
applicable to the section 8 Existing Housinq
Voucher proqram.
New part II of the ACC, HUD 52520D (6/85),
applicable to the section 8 Existinq Housinq
Voucher Proqram.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows:
b.
1. The Superseding Part I section 8 ACC
Part II of the ACC for the Housinq Voucher proqram
approved and accepted.
2. The Acting Executive Director of the Housing
Authority of the city of Santa Ana is hereby authorizëd and
directed to take all necessary steps to file said ACC's and to
provide such additional information as may be required.
