RESOLUTION NO. 88-1
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT I TO PART I OF THE SECTION 8
HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NUMBER
SF-503(E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION TO THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana is authorized to administer the "Housinq Assistance proqram
for Section 8 Housing certificate proqram" for the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the City of Santa
Ana ("PHA") entered into a section 8 Annual Contributions
Contract ("ACC") on June 30, 1975 as amended, with the united
States of America ("Government")¡ and
WHEREAS, the section 8 ACC must be revised so that it
will consist of the followinq counterparts:
a.
Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (6/85), applicable
to the Section 8 Existinq Housing certificate
Program.
Exhibit I to Part I of the ACC Amending project
numbers CA16-E093-006/007/008/009/013/014/016.
WHEREAS, the Housinq Advisory Commission of the City
of Santa Ana has approved this Resolution.
b.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows:
Exibit I to Part
Certificate
1. Part I of the ACC and the amended
I of the Ace for the section 8 Existinq Housinq
proqram are herëby approved and accepted.
2. The Executive Director of the Housinq Authority of
the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and directed to take
all necessary steps to file said ACC and Amended Exhibit I and
to provide such additional information as may be required.
