OF THE SECI'ION 8 HOOSrnG VOUCHER PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is authorized to
administer the "Housing Assistance Program for Section 8 Housing Voucher
Program" for the united states Department of Housing arxi Urban Development
("HUD"); arxi

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("mA") desires
to enter into a superseding Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("Ace:")
with the United states of America ("Govemment") for the section 8 Housing
Voucher Program;
WHEREAS, the Section 8 Ace: I!U1St be revised so that it will consist of
the following counterparts:
SUperseding Part I of the Ace:, HUD 52520D (1/89), applicable to
the Section 8 Housing Voucher Program;
Exhibit I to Part I, HUD 52520D (9/88), listing projects approved
prior to October 1, 1988.
Exhibit II to Part I, HUD 52520D (9/88), listing projects approved
on or after October 1, 1988.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE mA as follows:
1. '!he SUperseding Part I of the Ace:, together with Exhibits I arxi
II, for the Housing Voucher Program are hereby approved arxi accepted.
2. The Cha1man arxi Executive Director of the Housing Authority is
hereby authorized arxi directed to execute SUperseding Part I of the Ace: arxi to
take all necessary steps to file said Ace: arxi to provide such additional
information as may be required.
