RESOIIJTION OF THE HOOSING AUrnORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PARI' I
OF THE SECITON 8 HOOSING CERI'IFICATE PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is authorized to
administer the "Housing Assistance Program for Section 8 Housing Certificate
PIUI, Lalu" for the United states Department of Housing and Urban Development
("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana ("FHA") desires
to enter into a superseding section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("Ace")
with the united states of America ("Government") for the Section 8 Existing
Housing Certificate Program;

WHEREAS, the Section 8 Ace Im.ISt be revised so that it will consist of
the following counterparts:
SUperseding Part I of the Ace, HUD 52520B (8/88), applicable to
the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program;
Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal Fiscal Year 1988:
Exhibit II, projects appropriated in Federal Fiscal Year 1988 and
later years.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE FHA as follows:
1. The SUperseding Part I of the Ace, together with Exhibits I and
II, for the Housing Certificate Program are hereby approved and accepted.
2. The Cha1man and Executive Director of the Housing Authority is
hereby authorized and directed to execute SUperseding Part I of the ACe and to
take all necessary steps to file said Ace and to provide such additional
information as may be required.
