CITY OF SANI'A ANA APProVING AMENDED EXHIBIT II
'IO PARI' I OF THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOOSmG VOOOlER PROGRAM

AND AUIHORIZDIG EXECUl'ION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing AuthoritY of the CitY of Santa Ana is authorized to
administer the ''Housing Assistance Program for section 8 Housing Voucher
Program" for the united states Department of Housing am Urban Development
("HUD"); am
WHEREAS, the Housing AuthoritY of the CitY of santa Ana ("FHA") desires
to enter into an amerrled section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("ACe") with
the United states of America ("Government") for the section 8 Housing Voucher
Program:
WHEREAS, the amerrled section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Ace Part I
consists of the following:
a.
Part I of the Ace, HUD 52520D (1/89), applicable to the Section 8
Existing Housing Voucher Progrälu;
b.
Exhibit I; am
c.
Exhibit II adding new project CAl6-V093-0ll.
NCW, 'I'HEt<t;rUt<E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE FHA as follows:
1. Part I of the Ace, HUD 52520D(1/89), including Exhibit I am
Amended Exhibit II of the ACe for the section 8 Existing Housing Voucher
Program is hereby approved am accepted.

hereby authorized am directed to execute SUperseding Part I of the ACC am to
take all necessary steps to file said ACe am to provide such additional
information as may be required.
