RESOLUTION NO. 91-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
("HUD") has issued regulations found at 24 CFR 882.204 (b) requiring public
housing authorities to submit administrative plans describing their programs for
participation in HUD-financed programs, including all "Section 8" programs; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("Authority") as
a public housing authority has submitted an administrative plan to HUD describing
its programs; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has chosen to implement two (2) new HUD programs,
known as the "Bootstrap" and the "Project-Based" programs, and is required to
amend its administrative plan to include the new programs; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Authority have reviewed each and every
part of the proposed amendment to the administrative plan; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public benefit that the
administrative plan amendment be approved and submitted to HUD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1.
The amended administrative plan is hereby approved.
2. The Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana is hereby authorized to submit the approved amended administrative plan to
HUD in accordance with federal regulations found at 24 CFR 882.204(b).
