RESOLUTION NO. 91-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I
OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE
PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503(E) AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
is authorized to administer the "Housinq Assistance proqram for
section 8 Housing certificate proqram" for the united States
Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana
("PHA") desires to enter into a supersedinq section 8 Annual
contributions Contract ("ACC") with the united States of America
("Government") for the section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program; and
WHEREAS, the amended Section 8 Existinq Housing
Certificate ACC Part I consists of the following counterparts:
a.
Superseding Part I of the ACC, BUD 52520B (8/88),
applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing certificate
Program;
b.
Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal Fiscal
Year 1988;
c.
Exhibit II, projects appropriated in Federal Fiscal Year
1988 and later years, adding new project CA16-E093-22.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The superseding Part I of the ACC, together with Exhibits
I and II, for the Housing certificate Program is hereby approved
and accepted.
2. The Chairman of the PHA is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the counterparts of the ACC and to take all necessary
steps to file said ACC and to provide such additional information
as may be required.
