RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
3 TO PART I OF ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO.

WHEREAS. the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ( "Pub 1 i c Housi ng
Agency") has previously entered into a Section B Housing Assistance Payments
Program Annual Contributions Contract, Part I for ~ew Construction, for Project
No. CA16-B023-054. with the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, actir.g by and through the
Secretary of Housi ng and Urban Development ("Government"). and now proposes to
enter into Amendment No.3 to said Contract:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.3 to Annual
Contributions Contract" for Project No. CA16-B023-054, is hereby approved and
accepted both as to form and substance, and the CHAIRPERSON
is hereby authorized annd directed to execute said Amendment in three
counterparts on behalf of the Public Housing Agency and to forward such executed
counterparts to the Government, along'with such other documents evidencing the
approva 1 and authori z i n9 the execution hereof as may be requi red by the
Government.
Section 2.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
