RESOLUTION NO. 93-01 OF THE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
HONORING THE SERVICE OF
VIOLA MYRE
WHEREAS, Viola Myre has displayed consistent and loyal
dedication to development, preservation, and revitalization of
housing in the City of Santa Ana¡ and
WHEREAS, Viola Myre served on the Housing Advisory
Commission from June 1992 to November 1992¡ and
WHEREAS, Viola Myre has been instrumental in the formulation
and implementation of a successful housing strategy for the City¡
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Advisory
Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 93-01
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF THE
SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (E) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is
authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the
section 8 Housing Certificate proqram: for the united States
Department of Housing And Urban Development ("HUD")¡ and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
("PHA") desires to enter into a superseding Part I of the section
8 Consolidated Annual contributions Contract ("CACC") with the
united States of America (" Government ") for the section 8 Existing
Housing certificate Program.
WHEREAS, the amended section 8 Existing Housing certificate
CACC must now be revised so that it will consist of the following
counterparts:
a.
Superseding Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520B (8/88),
applicable to the section 8 Existing Certificate program¡
with
b.
Exhibit I¡
c.
Exhibit II to Part I, adding Project Nos. CA16-3093-
025/026¡ and
d.
Exhibit III, Byrd Amendment Award Clause.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows:
1. The superseding Part I of the CACC together with Exhibits
I, II and III, for the Housing Certificate Program is hereby
approved and accepted.
2 The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing
Authority are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
counterparts of the ACC and to take all necessary steps to file
said ACC and to provide such additional information as may be
required.
