RESOLUTION NO. 94-12
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF
THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTI.FICATE PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (E) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana
("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance proqram
for the section 8 Housing Certificate Program" for the united
States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the PHA desires to enter into a supersedinq Part I of
the section 8 Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract ("CACC")
with HUD for the Section 8 Existing Certificate Program.
WHEREAS, the amended section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
CACC must now be revised so that it will consist of the following
counterparts:
a.
superseding Part
applicable to the
Program; with
I of the CACC, HUD 52520D (1/90),
section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
b.
Exhibit I to Part I¡ and
Exhibit II to Part I, adding Project No. CA16-C093-031.
c.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows:
1. The superseding Part I of the CACC for the Housing
certificate Program is hereby approved and accepted.
2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing
Authority are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
counterparts of the CACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is
hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the PHA on such
counterpart and to forward such documents evidencing the approval
and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the
Government.
3.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
