RESOLUTION NO. 95-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the united States Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) has issued regulations requiring public housing
authorities to submit an administrative plan with each application
for participation in a section 8 Housing Project (Project); and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
(Authority) is duly qualified as a public housing authority to
apply to HUD to participate in such a project; and
WHEREAS, Commissioners of the Authority have reviewed each and
every part of the updated plans; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public
benefit that said plan be approved and submitted to HUD.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the
City of Santa Ana as follows:
1.
The Administrative Plan is hereby approved.
2. The Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the
City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to submit the approved plan
to HUD in accordance with 24CFR 882.204 (b).
