RESOLUTION NO. 97-01
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NO. CA 093 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("PHA") is
authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the Section
8 Existing Program for the united states Department of Housing and Urban
Development ("HUD"); and
WHEREAS, the PHA desires

("CACC") with HUD for the section 8
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows:
1. The CACC for the section 8 Existing Program is hereby approved and
accepted.
2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing Authority are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the counterparts of the
on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to
forward such documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the
execution thereof as may be required by the Government.
