RESOLUTION NO. 99-04
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANY AND ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SFS03 PROJECT NO. CA16-8023-oS4
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has previously
entered into a Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions
Contract, part I for New Construction for Project No. CA16-8023-054 with the UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development ("Government"), and now proposes to renew and extend said Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY AS
FOllOWS:
1. The proposed extension to the Housing Assistance Payments Contract for
Project No, CA16-8023-054, is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and
substance, and the Executive Director of the Housing Authority is hereby authorized
and directed to execute any and all documents necessary to maintain afford ability on
behalf of the Santa Ana Housing Authority and to forward such executed documents,
along with such other documents as may be required by the Government.
2.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
