HOUSING AUTtIORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
August 21, 1972
A Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was held
on August 21, 1972, at 2:05 P. M., at the City'Hall Annex, 530 North Ross
Street, Santa Ana. The meeting was-l.Jtalled to order by Vice Chairman Vernon
S. Evans.
The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call:
Ray Villa
Vernon S. Evans
Lorin Griset
Harry K. Yamamoto
The following :members of the Authority were absent:
Wade Herrin
Jerry M. Patterson
There were also present by invitation the following:
Bruce Spragg, Secretary Pro Tem
James A. Withers, City Attorney
Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary
Sandi Mosley, Reporter
RECESS
The meeting was recessed until
5:00 P. M., on the unanimously
approved motion of Commissioner
seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto.

At 5:00 P. M., the meeting was reconvened by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson
with all Commissioners except Commissioner Herrin present.
The full reading of the Minutes of
the Regular Meeting of July 17, 1972
was waived and the Minute-s were
apprqved as mailed on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Griset,
seconded by Commissioner Evans.
