MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
September 18, 1972
A Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was held
on September IS, 1972, at 2:20 P.M., at the City Hall Annex, 530 North Ros s
Street, Santa Ana. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jerry M.
Patterson.
The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call:
Ray Villa
Wade Herrin
Lorin Griset
Harry K. Yamamoto
Jerry M. Patterson
The following member of the Authority was absent but arrived at 2 :25 P.M.:
Vernon S. Evans
There were also present by invitation the following:
Bruce C. Spragg, Secretary Pro Tem
James A. Withers, City Attorney
Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary
Con Bliss, Reporter for '!he Register
The full reading of the Minutes
of the Regular Meeting of
August 21, 1972 and the Special
Meeting of September 5, 1972, was waived and the Minutes were approved as
mailed on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded
by Commissioner Yamamoto.
MINUTES
A RESOLUTION OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPOINTING
THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS THE ATTORNEY FOR
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND SETTING FORTH THE POWERS AND DUTIES
OF THE ATTORNEY was adopted on motion of Conuriissioner Griset, seconded
by Commissioner Villa, and unanimously carried.
RESOLUTION 72-14
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at
2:30 P.M., on the unanimously
approved motion of Commissioner
Herrin, seconded by Commissioner Evans.
