The Regul ar Meeting 0 f the Hous ing Autho ri ty of the Ci ty 0 f
Santa Ana was called to order at 2:20 P.M., by Chairman Harry
K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza,
Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded to
the roll call:

was waived and they were approved as
carried motion of Commissioner Ward,

August l2, 1974, prepared by the Director Secretary and the

received and filed on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by
Commissioner Evans.

HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVINC APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 23 OF THE UNITED
STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937, AS AMENDED, TO LOCALITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, ORANGE, COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, was adopted on motion of
Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Griset, and carried on
the following vote:

seconded by Commissioner Patterson, and carried on the following
