MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
April 5, 1976
The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 2:01 P.M., by Chairman Harry K. Yamamoto,
in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. The
following members of the Authority responded to the roll call:

A RESOLUTION OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING THE AMEND-
MENT TO CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, AND NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR THE SALE
OF LAND FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO THE SANTA ANA COM-
MUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE THE SAME, was read by title only and full
reading was waived on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner
Ward, seconded by Commissioner Garthe and carried (5-2) with Com-
missioner Evans and Brandt dissenting:

ABSENT:

Prior to adopting Resolution No. 76-2, Mr. Rede stated the following
reasons for adopting this particular Resolution:
1)
to grant an easement to the Edison Company for
relocation of an underground utility line.
2)
incorporate the increase in fair market rents
allowed by HUD.
3)
to allow minimum set backs to be established by
joint "Notice of Minimum Setbacks" to NHC, Inc.
by the Redevelopment Executive Director, Housing
Authori ty Executive Director and Planning Director.
4)
permit the contractor to relocate an electrical
transformer for the Santa Ana Towers Project.
