The Executive Director

1976. The letter stated that there are 800 additional leased
units of housing available for Orange County. The Executive
Director pointed out the fact, that if the Housing Authority wanted
to apply for any additional units, the application must be sub-
mitted to HUD by June 11, 1976; and that he would recommend an
application for 150-200 more units based on present demand.
NEW BUSINESS
Following discussion, the City Manager suggested that staff check
with other Orange County cities to find out whether or not they
intend to apply to HUD for any units and then submit a report to
the Authority at the next Regular City Council meeting of June 7,
1976.
On motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Bricken
the Authority received and filed the letter received from HUD.
