MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
July 19, 1976
The ground breaking ceremony for the Santa Ana Towers (Senior
Citizens Housing Project) adjacent to Birch Park began at 1:05
P.M., with the following Commissioners present: Commissioner
Garthe, Yamamoto, Evans and Ward. Commissioners Ortiz and
Bricken were absent. The meeting was recessed at 1:30 P.M.,
and reconvened to 2:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
