MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
October 26, 1976
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana, was called to order at 2:35 P.M., by Chairman Harry K. Yamamoto,
in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. The
following members of the Authority responded to the roll call:

on motion of Commissioner

On motion of Com-
missioner Ward,
seconded by Com-
missioner Ortiz, and carried (5-0) the following documents were
received and filed:
REPORT OF DIRECTOR
1.
The Monthly Report for the Section 23 -
Leased Housing (Existing Units), indicating
that 65 of the 100 authorized units were under
lease as of October 1, 1976.
2.
September 30, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section
23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance
of $526,103.48.
3.
The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Program
indicating that a total of 124 units of the
150 authorized by HUD were under lease as of
October 1, 1976; and that 53 of the additional
300 units authorized by HUD were under lease as
of October 1, 1976.
4.
September 30, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section
8 Housing Assistance Payments Program (HAP),
indicating a balance of $324,170.77.
