MINUTES HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA November IS, 1976 The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, was called to order at 2:05 P.M., by Chairman Harry K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call: Pres en t Absent David F. Ortiz John Garthe Vernon S. Evans David L. Brandt James E. Ward Harry K. Yamamoto, Gordon Bricken Chairman The following persons were also present: Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary James Conkey, Deputy City Attorney Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary MINUTES The full reading of the Minutes of October 26,1976, was waived and they were approved seconded by Commissioner as mailed on motion of Commissioner Evans, Ortiz, and unanimously carried (6-0). BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS Nothing to report. REPORT OF DIRECTOR On motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Com- missioner Evans, and carried (6-0) the filed: following documents were received and 1. The Monthly Report for the Section 23 Leased Housing (Existing Units), indicating that 65 of the 100 authorized units were under lease as of November 1, 1976. 2. October 31, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section 23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance of $543,600.23. 3. The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Leased Housing indicating that 190 units of the 450 authorized by HUD were under lease as of November 1, 1976. 4. October 31, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program (HAP), indicating a balance of $314,744.16. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES Nothing to report.
