MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
December 6, 1976
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the
City of Santa Ana, was called to order at 2:56 P.M., by Chair-
man Harry K, Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority
responded to the roll call.

A RESOLUTION OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS, INC., AUTH-
ORIZING THE FORMATION OF A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SANTA ANA TOWERS AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/RECORDING SECRETARY TO EXECUTE THE SAME, was
adopted on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner
Bricken and unanimously carried (7-0) ,subject to the Authority's
receipt and acceptance of verificatlon of the personal financial
responsibility of the principals of the limited partnership.

The meeting was
adjourned at 2:57 P.M.,
by informal unanimous
consent.
