HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
February 21, 1978

The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 2:15 P.M., by Chairman David
F. Ortiz in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza,
Santa Ana.

SANTA ANA REHABILITATION
LOAN PROGRAM
PROMISSORY NOTE
APPROVED
The Authority approved
a promissory note between
the Housing Authority
and United California
Bank for a $115,000 loan
to the Authority for the Santa Ana Rehabilitation Loan Program
for low and moderate-income housing, and authorized its execution
by the Chairman and Executive Director-Secretary on the unanimously
carried motion 7:0 of Commissioner Bricken, seconded by Commissioner
Evans.
The action taken was recommended in a written report dated February
14, 1978, prepared by the Executive Director-Secretary Manuel A.
Rede.

ADJOURNMENT At 2:20 P.M., the
meeting was adjourned
on the unanimously
approved 7:0 motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner
Brandt.
