May 23, 1978
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 5:07 P.M., by Chairman David F. Ortiz,
in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.

motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Brandt.
