MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
September 27,1977
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the
Acting Recording Secretary in the absence of the Chairman and
Vice Chairman. There was no response to the roll call of the
Authority, and the Acting Recording Secretary declared the
meeting adjourned for lack of a quorum to Monday, October 3,
1977 at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza. A notice to that effect was mailed to the City Council
and the news media, and was posted in the lobby and on the
door of Room 831 of the City Hall, and on the entrance to the
Council Chambers, with affidavit on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Council.
