The regular ræeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called
to order at 2: 08 p.m., by Mayor Vernon S. Evans in the absence of Chai.rm.3n David
F. Ortiz and vice Chai.rm.3n Gordon Bricken, in the City Council Chanbers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
