The Monthly Section 8 Report was re-
ceived and filed on a MOTION by
Commissioner Ward, seconded by
Commissioner Serrato. The motion
carried with a brief discussion regarding the number of units available
versus the number of units leased up. Mr. Goblirsch pointed out that
the Housing Authority has only just received the new Fair Market Rents,
which should cause a decrease in the number of allocated units not under
1 ease.

Keith Gow, City Attorney discussed
the cancellation of the note. The
cancellation as provided for in
Resolution 79-4 would void the earlier note to UCB, and thus eliminate
any possibility of a problem if the note is in other hands. A MOTION
was made by Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Bricken to adopt
Resolution 79-4.
