MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 8,1982
The regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 4:29 p.m. by Chairman Bricken in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:

Alex Sanchez, Executive Director
Debbie Vona, Secretary
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the February 1, 1982 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0
on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr.
Luxembourger.
REPORTS
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program for
January 1982 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed on a
MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mr. Serrato, and carried 6:0.
NEW BUSINESS
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 40 Additional
Units - The Housing Authority Commission adopted Resolution 82-2,
authorizing execution of the Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract
No. SF-503 including Project No. CA16-E093-008 and providing for the
deposit of monies pursuant to a general depository agreement, and
authorized the Chairman to execute the Revised Master Section 8 Annual
Contributions Contract on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mr.
Markel, and carried 6:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the meeting was adjourned at 4:31 p.m.
