HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 6, 1983
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 4:57 p.m. by Chairman Luxembourger in
the City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:

Alex Sanchez, Director of Housing
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the May 2,1983 Housing Authority
Commission Meetings were approved 6:0 on a
MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, and seconded by Mr.
Lee.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program
for April 1983 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed
on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Johnson, and carried
6:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 52
Additional Units - On a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr.
Johnson, and carried 6:0, the Commission adopted Resolution 83-1,
authorizing the execution of Section 8 Annual Contributions
Contract No. SF-503, including project Nos. CA16-E093-009 and CA16-
E093-010, and providing for the deposit of monies pursuant to a
general depository agreement; and authorizing the Chairman to
execute the Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions
Contract.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com-
mission, the Meeting was adjourned at 4:59 p.m.
