MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 6,1984
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 3:07 p.m. by Chairman Luxembourger in
the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Alex Sanchez, Director of Housing
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the January 3,1984 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 7:0
on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, and seconded by
Mr. Johnson.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program
for December 1983 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and
Filed on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and
carried 7:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Memorandum of Understanding - Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration
Program - The Housing Authority Commission authorized staff to use
the 13 Section 8 certificates for the Rental Rehabilitation
Demonstration Program, and authorized the Chairman to execute a
Memorandum of Understanding for the conduct of the program on a
MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Young, and carried 7:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com-
mission, the Meeting was adjourned at 3:17 p.m.
