MINUTES HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REGULAR MEETING MARCH 19,1984 The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of Santa Ana was called to order at 4:26 p.m. by Chairman Luxembourger in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. PRESENT Robert W. Luxembourger Gordon Bricken patricia McGuigan John Acosta P. Lee Johnson Daniel E. Griset Daniel H. Young The following staff were present: Robert C. Bobb, City Manager Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel Alex Sanchez, Director of Housing APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The Minutes of the February 6,1984 Housing Authority Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, ,and seconded by Mr. Johnson. REPORTS A. Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program for January 1984 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed on a MOTION by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Johnson, and carried 7:0. NEW BUSINESS Revised Master Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Annual Contrib- utions Contract - 8 Additional Units - The Commission (1) adopted a resolution authorizing execution of Section 8 Moderate Rehab- ilitation Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K) including Project No. CA16-K093-002, and providing for the deposit of monies pursuant to a general depository agreement; and (2) authorized the Chairman to execute the Revised Master Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Annual Contributions Contract on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta and carried 7:0. Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 20 Additional units - The Commission (1) adopted a resolution authorizing execution of Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503, including Project No. CA16-E093-0ll, and providing for the deposit of monies pursuant to a general depository agreement; and (2) authorized the Chairman to execute the Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan and carried 7:0. . . . . . 18 ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com- mission, the Meeting was adjourned at 4:29 p.m. Alex Sanchez, Directo ~~~ Debbie Vona, Secretary of Housing
