MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 4, 1984
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 3:57 p.m. by Chairman Luxembourger in
the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the August 6, 1984 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0
on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, and seconded by Mr.
Young.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program
for July 1984 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed
on a MOTION by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Young, and carried 5:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 13
Additional Units
Recommendation: The Commission 1) Adopt a resolution authorizing
execution of Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503,
including Project No. CA16-E093-0l2, and providing for the deposit
of monies pursuant to a general depository agreement; and 2) Au-
thorize the Chairman to execute the Revised Master Section 8
Annual Contributions Contract.

Application to HUD for 37 Additional Certificates and Vouchers
Under the Section 8 Rent Assistance Program
Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution 84-5.
C.
Memorandum of Understanding - Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration
Program
Recommendation: Authorize the Chairman to execute a Memorandum of
Understanding to expand our current Rental Rehabilitation
Demonstration, Third Round.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 4:02 p.m.
