MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 4, 1985
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 3:44 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Phil Freeland, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the January 7, 1985 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 7:0
on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, and seconded by
Mr. Luxembourger.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program
for December 1984 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and
Filed on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Griset, and
carried 7:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Memorandum of Understanding - Rental Rehabilitation Grant program-
On a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Young, and carried
7:0, the Commission adopted Resolution 85-3 and authorized the
Chairman to execute the Memorandum of Understanding between the
City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Housing Authority for the
Rental Rehabilitation Grant Program.
B.
Amendment No.1 - Annual Contributions Contract - Resolution 85-4
was adopted and the Chairman was authorized to execute Amendment
No.1 to the Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-
503 on a MOTION by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and carried
7:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 3:47 p.m.
