MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 3, 1985
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 3:10 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:

Melanie Fallon, Planning Manager
Nancy Edwards, Housing progs. Planner
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the May 20, 1985 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 on a MOTION
by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. Johnson.
REPORTS
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance program-
The Monthly Status Report for April, 1985 was Rece1ved and Filed on a
MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Application to HUD for 36 Additional Vouchers Under the Section 8
Rental Assistance Program - On a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger,
seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 6:0, Resolution 85-7 was
adopted.
B.
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 14
Vouchers - The Commission adopted Resolution 85-8, authoriz1ng the
execution of Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503,
Project CA16-V093-001: and authorized the Chairman to execute the
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract and other
necessary documents on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mrs.
McGuigan, and carried 6:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 3:11 p.m.
