REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 14, 1985
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 9:28 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:

Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager

Phil Freeland, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the September 3, 1985 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 5:0
on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr.
Luxembourger, Mrs. McGuigan abstained.

REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Pro-
gram: August 1985 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and
Filed on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and
carried 6:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Application to HUD for 50 Additional Vouchers Under the Section 8
Rental Assistance Program - Resolution 85-17 was adopted on a
MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Young, and carried 6:0.
B.
Application to HUD for 11 Additional Vouchers Under the Section 8
Rental Assistance Program - Resolution 85-18 was adopted on a
MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Young, and carried 6:0.
C.
Multi-family New Construction Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement
Resolution - Resolution 85-19 was adopted on a MOTION by Mr.
Johnson, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 6:0.
ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 9:31 p.m.
