The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana was
called to order at 4:15 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council
8 Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
David N. Ream, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy city Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Cynthia J. Nelson, Acting Exec. Dir.
The Minutes of the November 3 & 17, 1986 Housing
Authority Meetings were approved 4:0 on a Motion by
Authority Member Griset, seconded by Authority
Member May, and carried 4:0.
CONSENT CALENDAR
A.
Monthlv Status Report for the Section 8 Housinq Assistance
Proqram: OCTOBER 1986. The Monthly Status Report was received
and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Griset, seconded by
Authority Member May, and carried 4:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Authorize the Sale of Pulliam Properties. Inc. proiect Pursuant
to Requlatorv Aqreement. Resolution 86-13 was adopted on a
Motion by Authority Member Griset, seconded by Authority Member
May and carried 4:0
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the Meeting
was adjourned at 4:16 p.m.
