MAY 4, 1987
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 9:45 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council
Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The following staff were present: David N. Ream, city Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Cynthia J. Nelson, Executive Director
The Minutes of the April 6, 1987 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by
Authority Member McGuigan, seconded by Authority
Member Pulido, and carried 7:0.
CONSENT CALENDAR
A.
MonthlY Status Report for the section 8 Housinq Assistance
Proqram: MARCH 1987. The Monthly Status Report was received
and filed on a Motion by Authority Member McGuigan, seconded
by Authority Member Pulido and carried 7:0.
MISCELLANEOUS
A.
Secretary of the Authority Report: The Secretary of the
Housing Authority was instructed to insert the following into
the minutes on a Motion by Authority Member McGuigan, seconded
by Authority Member Pulido and carried 7:0: Pursuant to
Government Code section 54954.2 the May 4, 1987 Housing
Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on May 1, 1987.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:47 p.m.
