REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 1, 1987
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 10:51 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present: David N. Ream, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the April 6, 1987 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by
Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority
Member Hart, and carried 6:0.

CONSENT CALENDAR
A.
Monthly Status Report for the section 8 Housinq Assistance
Proqram: APRIL 1987. The Monthly Status Report was received
and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by
Authority Member Hart and carried 6:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Request for Approval of Memorandum of Understandinq for 1987
Rental Rehabilitation Proqram: Resolution No. 87-3.
Resolution 87-3 was approved on a Motion by Authority Member
Hart, seconded by Authority Member May and carried 6:0.
MISCELLANEOUS
A.
Secretary of the Authority Report: The Secretary of the
Housing Authority was instructed to insert the following into
the minutes on a Motion by Authority Member McGuigan, seconded
by Authority Member Pulido and carried 7:0: Pursuant to
Government Code section 54954.2 the June 1, 1987 Housing
Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on May 29, 1987.

Meeting was adjourned at 10:53 p.m.
